Update: Rumble was given over a month from the initial complaint to reply and as of epoch 1716832932 has not.
An assumption can be made that Rumble has no intention of monitoring any contact methods or replying to complaints. This is a fact, proven by our repeated attempts to reach them. This page will remain as a reference for our inability to garner a response via any support channels.
You may be aware of the "decentralized" video streaming platform known as Rumble. Despite having a list of conditions for its use, Rumble refuses to enforce some rules and seems to be applying others selectively. Until Rumble corrects its terms to accurately align with their internal practices and policies, or until enforcement is applied non-preferentially in accordance with the terms, we will continue pointing out creators on the Rumble platform who are flagrantly violating their own platform's terms.

Content or material promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting harm or injury to any group, individual or cruelty to animals including, but not limited to:
Disseminating personal information about another individual for malevolent purposes, including libel, slander, "doxxing", defamation or violation of an individual's right to privacy.
Content or material that infringes or encroaches on the rights of others, including, but not limited to, infringement of privacy, publicity rights, and harm to reputation;
Any Content or material that contains links to another website where any of the above-described prohibited Content or material is accessible.
Any other Content or material that Rumble in its sole, unfettered, and arbitrary discretion, determines is undesirable on the Rumble Service.

You may not post or transmit any message which is libelous, defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person or entity. You may not post or transmit any message, file, image or program which is indecent, obscene or pornographic.
You may not post or transmit any message that would violate the rights of others, including but not limited to the unauthorized use, publication or disclosure of copyrighted materials, trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information.
You may not post anything that uses trade marks or service marks in an infringing fashion.
You may not interfere with another user's use or the functionality of the Forum.
You may not post or transmit any message which is abusive, inciting violence, harassing, harmful, hateful, anti-semitic, racist or threatening.
You may not post or transmit any messages pertaining to charity requests, petitions for signatures, requesting donations, relating to pyramid schemes, or pertaining to the manipulation of the Rumble Service.
You may not post or transmit any advertising or any other solicitation of other users of the Forum for goods or services other than the Rumble Service.
You may not use the Forum to conduct or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of others.
